+There is only one setting most people will care about:

+to set the room public.  By default, all rooms on the ship are public except rooms on Deck 3 (i.e. where most people's quarters are).  Child rooms inherit the setting of the parent room(s) they exist under.  If a room is built outside of the ship (i.e. not in the Legacy's main parent room), it will default to private.
+You could also set yourself private if you wanted to, though this goes against the spirit of the MUCK.  However, if for RP purposes it makes sense to do so, the above comamnds would work with @set me=... as well.
