Doors The doors on the ship are pretty representative of doors you will find in most space stations and ships in the CSS. Chain of Command The chain of command is, basically, an organizational chart that shows who has authority over the ship at any given time. Because the Legacy is a commercial vessel, it follows a commercial chain of command which may be different from a military one; this is based off the real life merchant marine system.

Shuttles Shuttles are any small craft that is able to land on the ground and is designed to dock with orbital ships or stations. Shuttles, specifically, do not have FTL capabilities. So FTL-capable ships that are able to land on the surface or dock in larger craft are not considered shuttles.

Crew Accomodations The crew mostly live on Deck 3 of the fore habitation section of the ship. There is also some quarters on deck 1 of the engineering section; the chief engineer's quarters and the duty engineer's quarters are there. The latter is used by any engineers that need to spend overnight time in the engineering section (or in the unfortunate event the spine has damage which forces the engineers to have to sleep in engineering). Thus, it is rarely occupied.
